Julián Santero pudo redondear una positiva prueba en la jornada de hoy en Olavarría, donde se subió a su Torino de Turismo Carretera preparado por el Coiro Dole Racing, y sacó positivas conclusiones de cara a la competencia de los “1000 Kilómetros de Buenos Aires” donde compartirá su unidad con Federico Paoloni y Aldo Ortíz el 6 de Agosto, y también para las citas venideras del campeonato.

La prueba se extendió prácticamente durante toda la jornada, y allí el joven mendocino trabajó junto al grupo técnico sobre distintos valores de suspensión y aerodinámia, buscando el mejor equilibrio que fue logrado para al final de la tarde marcar su mejor registro de 1m 19s 0/10, que dejó conforme tanto a la estructura como también al piloto. Por otro lado, también se subió al Torino Aldo Ortíz, quien merced a la invitación de Santero debutará en los “1000 Kilómetros” dentro del TC, y así trabajó dando algunas vueltas para lograr una rápida adaptación al auto.

 

“Fue una buena prueba, donde pudimos evaluar muchos elementos pensando en los detalles que teníamos que mejorar, y también para lograr una base de setup de cara a las fechas que vienen. Además también nos sirvió para que Aldo Ortíz que será uno de los invitados que me va a acompañar se subiera por primera vez y diera unas diez vueltas a modo de inicio de adaptación. En cuanto a lo personal, giramos mucho tiempo arriba del auto, y sacamos muy buenas conclusiones, funcionando muy bien con un tiempo rápido y muy lógico para el estado de la pista. Nos vamos contentos y motivados para lo que viene”, expresó Julián.

De esta manera, Santero tras el positivo ensayo ya piensa en lo que será una competencia sumamente importante como son los “1000 Kilómetros de Buenos Aires”, carrera que otorgará puntaje doble y puede devolver al mendocino a los puestos de punta en el certamen en caso de lograr un gran resultado.
